Important 2017 Awards Update from Awana

Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 1 Corinthians 9:24-25

The school season is winding down and so are many Awana Clubs. It’s time to celebrate, to honor all that’s been accomplished, and to present kids with awards for their progress. Pins, badges, certificates, ribbons, and trophies pale in comparison to the lifelong impact of God’s Word, but receiving an end-of-year award still means a lot. It’s a proud mile-marker moment that leaders, parents, and especially children, look forward to all year long. Knowing this, it’s with heavy hearts that the leadership of Awana must share an important update about the 2017 award shipments.

Are Our Awards on the Way?

We’re proud of your ministry and the way your leaders, families, and kids engaged with God’s Word and each other all year long. Please take time to watch the video below, to hear directly from Awana President/COO Matt Markins, and to find out the status of the 2017 awards.

Awana is working tirelessly to get your 2017 award orders into your hands. Thank you for your understanding, patience, and support as we navigate this challenge. As always, we hold you in high regard. We are committed to serving you so kids will come to know, love, and serve Christ through your Awana ministry.

If your awards ceremony is before May 15, please e-mail our Customer Care team at customerservice@awana.org or call (866) 292-6227. Be sure to provide us with your awards ceremony date, your customer number or order number. As we receive awards, we will do our best to expedite them based on date needed.
